History and Growth
Tom Waitzman, founder and president of DPS, started the company in 2009. A 14-year career in the aftermarket vehicle technology industry culminated in the opportunity to start a company purely focused on servicing automotive retailers. Building on a reputation of integrity and a dedication to customer satisfaction, DPS has evolved into the most sought-after aftermarket provider in the Chicago area. With 15 dedicated staff members, we have expanded our services to meet the changing needs of automotive retailers, coupling full-vehicle protection and style enhancement with turnkey audio, video, safety and security installation. Our 6,000 square foot facility and 8 Vehicle fleet allows DPS to consistently service more than 30 dealerships in and around Chicago.
Better Service Through Technology
Last year DPS launched AAC (Auto Accessory Configurator) a software sales program that considerably simplifies the sale of accessories for automotive retailers. AAC provides a straightforward way to offer the right products for a specific make, model and trim based on years of in depth vehicle and product research. AAC’s relentless approach to vehicle and product analysis streamlines the intricate and complex world of aftermarket accessory options and standard vehicle equipment.
